Abstract
⺠Three chemical pattern recognition methods are used for fruit classification. ⺠Pattern recognition methods coupled with near-infrared fibre-optic technology. ⺠Classify apple samples of different geographical origins, grades and varieties. ⺠MWPLSDA is simple, rapid, non-destructive and without any spectral pretreatment.
