Abstract
► We developed a HPLC-DAD method for the determination of SDG in flaxseed oil. ► Shelf life trial verified the use of the method in quality control of flaxseed oil. ► Different amount of antioxidant and different storage condition were evaluated. ► The dark and the low temperature together allow to preserve the flaxseed oil. ► The HPLC-DAD method allows a satisfactory determination of SDG in flaxseed oil.
