Abstract
► Phenolic compounds and bioactivities of extracts from five grape cultivars were determined. ► Total 18 different phenolic compounds were identified. ► All of the five grape extracts exhibited strong antioxidant and antiradical activity. ► Antifungal activities of the samples were screened to Zygosaccharomyces rouxii and Z. bailiiin vitro and in situ. ► Additionally, the five grape extracts showed strong antifungal activity.
