Abstract
⺠Phenolic acids of Chenopodium album were determined by acid hydrolysis of methanol extract. ⺠Folin-Ciocalteu method was applied to determine the total phenolic contents. ⺠The results were confirmed by LC-MS equipped with MS-ESI. ⺠Antioxidant activity of extracts of fruits and leaves of C. album was determined. ⺠Methanol extracts of C. album can be used as source of natural health products.
