Abstract
► Phenolic acids of Chenopodium album were determined by acid hydrolysis of methanol extract. ► Folin-Ciocalteu method was applied to determine the total phenolic contents. ► The results were confirmed by LC-MS equipped with MS-ESI. ► Antioxidant activity of extracts of fruits and leaves of C. album was determined. ► Methanol extracts of C. album can be used as source of natural health products.
