Abstract

âº The content of rice after irradiation could be analysed through IR spectroscopy. âº The NIR region is the best for prediction of starch in irradiated rice. âº The MIR region is the best for prediction of protein in irradiated rice. âº The SW-LS-SVM models were better than PLS models for content analysis. âº The ICA was a powerful way for selection of sensitive wavelengths for irradiated rice.
