Abstract
► Phenolic profile of pomegranate juice is exhaustively reported. ► Metabolomic approach was carried out using an ion trap mass analyzer. ► There were detected a total of 151 phenolic compounds. ► Novel anthocyanin and non-anthocyanin phenols were identified in the juice. ► Cyanidin and delphinidin trihexosides were firstly reported in a natural extract.
