Abstract
⺠Phenolic profile of pomegranate juice is exhaustively reported. ⺠Metabolomic approach was carried out using an ion trap mass analyzer. ⺠There were detected a total of 151 phenolic compounds. ⺠Novel anthocyanin and non-anthocyanin phenols were identified in the juice. ⺠Cyanidin and delphinidin trihexosides were firstly reported in a natural extract.
