Abstract
► Different diterpenes contents among traditional and modern cultivar were observed. ► Kahweol/cafestol ratio was higher for modern crosses than for traditional ones. ► Kahweol/cafestol ratio remained stable in two harvests and after roasting process. ► Kahweol/cafestol ratio allowed discrimination of traditional and modern cultivars.
