Abstract
► Minor components and induction period (IP) of 203 rapeseed oils determined. ► There were significant differences in the content of minor components. ► IP positively correlated total polyphenols, lutein or total tocopherols contents. ► IP negatively correlated with total phytosterols and chlorophyll contents. ► Principal component analysis allowed rapeseed oils to be differentiated.
