Abstract
⺠Minor components and induction period (IP) of 203 rapeseed oils determined. ⺠There were significant differences in the content of minor components. ⺠IP positively correlated total polyphenols, lutein or total tocopherols contents. ⺠IP negatively correlated with total phytosterols and chlorophyll contents. ⺠Principal component analysis allowed rapeseed oils to be differentiated.
