Abstract
⺠The levels of 20 elements were determined in sclerotia of Pleurotus tuber-regium. ⺠Lead and Cd were below the EU limits for fungi. ⺠Hg concentrations were between 0.0033-0.15 μg/g. ⺠Consumption of sclerotia of P. tuber-regium poses no toxicological health risks. ⺠The Zn, Mn, Cu, Co, and Cr contents would contribute to dietary intake.
