Abstract
► Soluble conjugated and bound forms of ferulic acid were determined by HPLC-PAD. ► The bound form occurred predominantly up to 85-90% of the total content. ► The combination of NPK fertilizers had no impact, while the season significantly affected the soluble conjugated ferulic acid content. ► No significant differences were found between organically and conventionally grown wheat varieties in their ferulic acid content.
