Abstract
âºInvasive aspergillosis is a major threat for immunocompromised patients. âºWe investigate the ability of 2D-DIGE for discovering biomarkers of aspergillosis. âºMice model infected with bioluminescent Aspergillus fumigatus strain was used. âºBronchoalveolar lavage proteins and sera proteins enriched by ProteoMiner were tested. âºThis method allowed us to identify a protein from fungal origin in sera.
