Abstract
⺠We have identified a potential plasma protein biomarker panel related to the intake of transfat. ⺠The human liver cell line HepG2-SF was used as a model system. ⺠The secretomes were analyzed by SILAC, DIGE and gene expression microarray analysis. ⺠We found 37 proteins that were regulated specifically in response to elaidic acid exposure.
