Abstract
												⺠HBV release could be impaired by methyl-β-cyclodextrin and reversed by exogenous cholesterol. ⺠2DE-MS/MS in combination with SILAC was used to profile the alteration of lipid rafts caused by HBV infection. ⺠97 differentially expressed proteins were identified. ⺠Bioinformatics analysis suggested that multiple host cell pathways were involved in the HBV infection processes.
