Abstract
⺠NOS-3 overexpression decreased cell proliferation and increased cell death. ⺠NOS-3 overexpression increased oxidative/nitrosative stress. ⺠NOS-3 overexpression increased post-translational modifications. ⺠The protein folding system was profoundly disturbed in NOS-3 overexpressed cells. ⺠Cytoskeleton, metabolism, immune and antioxidant responses were also altered.
