Abstract
⺠The antennal proteome of honeybee drone, worker and queen was compared. ⺠54, 21, and 32 proteins were upregulated in the drone, worker and queen, respectively. ⺠Drone antennae expressed proteins aiding to perceive queen sexual pheromones. ⺠Worker expressed proteins that assist in food search and social communications. ⺠Queen expressed proteins used for producing communication pheromone.
