Abstract
⺠Animal model is used to study training impact on protein expression and carbonylation. ⺠Fast-twitch fibers muscle shows a decreased expression of several glycolytic enzymes. ⺠13 proteins show an increased carbonylation level after training. ⺠The basal muscle proteins carbonylation pattern is analyzed.
