Abstract
⺠Carboxydotrophic growth of hyperthermophilic archaeon Thermococcus onnurienus NA1. ⺠Global proteomic analysis of T. onnurienus NA1 by shotgun analysis. ⺠Identification coverage of T. onnurienus NA1 exceeds those of other global archaeal proteomic studies. ⺠More than 90% of hydrogenase gene clusters were expressed during CO culture. ⺠Hydrogen production is related with the expression of hydrogenase genes in the carboxydotrophic growth.
