Abstract
⺠Phosphoprotein changes in A. thaliana leaves were observed after treatments with elicitors or mimicking biotic stresses. ⺠Phosphoproteins were enriched by means of metal oxide affinity chromatography and resolved by 2-DE. ⺠Ninety-seven differential spots, representing 75 unique candidate phosphoproteins, were characterized. ⺠They included proteins involved in energy/carbon metabolism, stress response, defense, RNA processing and cell.
