Abstract
⺠The proteomes of the Thermus GH5 after decreasing in temperature were investigated. ⺠The proteomes of cells grown in cold condition compared to those grown at 75 °C. ⺠We identified a set of proteins some of which are involved in metabolic processes. ⺠This organism could be tolerating the stress conditions by changing its metabolism.
