Abstract
⺠TiO2 is a versatile chemo-affinity chromatographic sorbent in biomolecular research. ⺠Various classes of acidic biomolecules adsorb to TiO2 ⺠TiO2-specificity can be modified by low pH and organic acids. ⺠Highly selective phosphopeptide enrichment using TiO2 chromatography in proteomics. ⺠New applications of TiO2 chromatography in mass spectrometry-based analysis.
