Abstract
⺠Tubeimoside-1 could induce apoptosis of cancer cells. ⺠we examine changes of protein expression by fractionation proteomics. ⺠Tubeimoside-1 induced ROS generation and Ca2+ burden that further mediated intracellular stresses in mitochondria, ER and cytoskeleton organelles. ⺠Tubeimoside-1 induced G2/M cell cycle arrest in different cell lines.
