Abstract
⺠18 new EDD Phosphorylation sites have been identified. ⺠S1018 was identified as being phosphorylated, only its homologue in mouse (S1012) has been reported previously. ⺠S1227 is the first phosphorylation site reported in the zinc finger domain of EDD. ⺠This work provides a framework to study how basal phosphorylation regulates EDD function.
