Abstract
⺠From an in vitro differential model of blood-brain barrier (BBB). ⺠A 2-DE approach to detect the differences in the Triton-X-100-solubilized proteins. ⺠Quantitative changes affect proteins of (i) cell structure and motility and (ii) of protein metabolism. ⺠Interesting fold-changes were confirmed by WB without mRNA expression level change ⺠The actin cytoskeleton reorganization contributes fully to the BBB phenotype.
