Abstract
► This study presents lignocellulolytic enzymes by Phanerochaete chrysosporium. ► iTRAQ-based proteomics approach applied to investigate lignocellulolytic enzymes. ► We reports potential lignocellulolytic enzymes induced by different carbon source. ► Secretome analysis revealed hydrolytic oxidative cellulose degradation mechanism. ► Data useful for designing enzyme cocktail for lignocellulosic biomass hydrolysis.
