Abstract
⺠This study presents lignocellulolytic enzymes by Phanerochaete chrysosporium. ⺠iTRAQ-based proteomics approach applied to investigate lignocellulolytic enzymes. ⺠We reports potential lignocellulolytic enzymes induced by different carbon source. ⺠Secretome analysis revealed hydrolytic oxidative cellulose degradation mechanism. ⺠Data useful for designing enzyme cocktail for lignocellulosic biomass hydrolysis.
