Abstract
⺠We review available methodologies and software packages for integrating and drawing inference from a collection of biomedical data. ⺠Methodologies considered analyse 'omics' data, although they primarily focus on genomic, proteomic and transcriptomic data. ⺠Studies agree in carefully selecting heterogeneous data to predict particular groups and interactions, and outperform single type dataset outcomes.
