Abstract
► Comparative 2-DIGE and MS reveals an impact of Tyk2 on the macrophage proteome. ► Tyk2 regulates enzymes involved in lipid and carbohydrate metabolism. ► Tyk2 regulates protein expression transcriptionally and post-transcriptionally. ► Poly(I:C) treatment induces a Tyk2-dependent increase of extracellular lactate. ► We provide evidence for a role of Tyk2 in linking metabolism and innate immunity.
