Abstract
⺠Comparative 2-DIGE and MS reveals an impact of Tyk2 on the macrophage proteome. ⺠Tyk2 regulates enzymes involved in lipid and carbohydrate metabolism. ⺠Tyk2 regulates protein expression transcriptionally and post-transcriptionally. ⺠Poly(I:C) treatment induces a Tyk2-dependent increase of extracellular lactate. ⺠We provide evidence for a role of Tyk2 in linking metabolism and innate immunity.
