Abstract
⺠A glycoproteomics approach to identify squamous cell lung cancer (SQLC). ⺠Identification of the C9 as a biomarker for SQLC. ⺠Validation by Western blot, protein chip and hybrid lectin ELISA, C9 shows a good indication. ⺠C9 levels were significantly higher in SQLC compared with healthy and other types of cancers.
