Abstract

âº FASP and dimethyl labeling were applied to identify and quantify milk fat globule membrane (MFGM) proteins. âº 169 proteins were identified in MFGM. âº 139 proteins were quantified in MFGM. âº FASP combined with dimethyl labeling is accurate and easy for MFGM protein quantification.
