Abstract
⺠An MRM assay was developed for quantitation of proteins associated with inflammation. ⺠We have utilized a linear ion trap mass spectrometer for this quantitative work. ⺠We were able to quantify 5 of the 7 target proteins in depleted plasma digests. ⺠We have analyzed a small sample cohort from multiple sclerosis patients.
