Abstract
⺠Proteomic and grape quality analyses of healthy and GLRaV-1/GVA/RSPaV virus infected grape berries revealed minor differences. ⺠Significant differences were seen for 12 pulp spots and 7 skin spots out of about 400 spots per tissue. ⺠Virus infection mainly affected proteins involved in the response to oxidative stress in the berry skin. ⺠Proteins related to cell structure metabolism were the main target of virus infection in the pulp.
