Abstract
⺠Lignocellulolytic enzymes by fungal strains and co-cultures were reported. ⺠iTRAQ-based proteomic approach and emPAI were used to determine protein abundance. ⺠Co-culturing P. chrysosporium and T. reesei Rut C30 enhanced protein secretion. ⺠Co-culturing P. chrysosporium with T. reesei QM6a induced cellulolytic proteins. ⺠Heat map elucidated differential expression and regulation of proteins.
