Abstract
⺠We performed a DIGE analysis of seminal fluid between three genotypes of honeybees ⺠We compared the abundance of over 200 seminal fluid protein spots on 2D gels ⺠We found significant differences in seminal fluid protein abundance between genotypes ⺠We conclude that seminal fluid protein abundance is genotype specific ⺠Variation in seminal fluid protein abundance could result in natural/sexual selection
