Abstract
► Organ specific response mechanism of soybean under flooding stress was analyzed using proteomics approach. ► In root, hypocotyl and leaf, expression of 51, 66 and 51 proteins was changed under flooding stress. ► In all 3 organs, expression of isoflavone reductase was commonly decreased in all 3 organs. ► Isoflavone reductase with other disease/defense and metabolism related proteins can impair soybean growth.
