Abstract
⺠TiSH - an enrichment and fractionation strategy combining TiO2, SIMAC, and HILIC. ⺠TiO2 pre-enrichment ensures highly specific phosphopeptide enrichment efficiency. ⺠The SIMAC fractionation facilitates better recovery of multiphosphorylated peptides. ⺠The highly organic buffers in the strategy reduce absorptive losses of the pure phosphopeptides. ⺠6600 phosphopeptides are identified from 300 μg in a quantitative dimethyl experiment.
