Abstract
⺠High variations in the platelet proteome are caused by plasmatic proteins and SNPs. ⺠Plasmatic proteins represent an integral part of the platelet proteome. ⺠SNP-induced polarity shifts in GSTO1 isoforms allow genotyping with mAb on 2D-WB. ⺠Allocation of GSTO1 isoforms to SNP rs4925 reduces their variation to the mean CV. ⺠GSTO1*delE155 does not cause protein deficiency in vivo.
