Abstract
⺠Comparative proteomic analysis of Caco2 cells transformed by K-RASV12 or HRASV12 oncogenes. ⺠A set of differentially expressed proteins regulated in common by both oncogenes. ⺠Oncogenic K-RASV12 promotes activation of endogenous H-Ras. ⺠siRNA against H-Ras affects the metastatic potential of cells.
