Abstract
⺠We have established the first 2-DE analysis of rat whole muscle explants secretomes. ⺠Muscle secretion pattern varies with muscle fiber-type constituents. ⺠Muscle secretome is affected by just 1 week of exercise training. ⺠Among others, DJ-1 and FABP-3 could be considered potential myokines.
