Abstract
⺠Doxorubicin-induced changes in cardiac phosphoproteome were analysed using the perfused heart model. ⺠2-DE, phosphospecific staining and mass spectrometry were combined. ⺠22 proteins with a significantly changed phosphorylation status were identified. ⺠Selected results were validated by immunoblotting. ⺠The results are relevant for doxorubicin-induced energy imbalance and myofibrillar disorganization.
