Abstract
⺠148 glycation sites and 54 glycated proteins were identified in native human CSF. ⺠149 glycation sites were additionally detected by in vitro glycated CSF. ⺠In vitro glycation showed increases up to ten folds for some glycated proteins. ⺠Neuroinflammation and neurological disease were related with glycated CSF proteins.
