Abstract
⺠The march of combinatorial peptide ligand libraries (CPLLs) in conquering the low-abundance proteome (LAP) ⺠A focus on urine, sera and tissue “invisible” species ⺠Can we use CPLLs as a two-dimensional technique? “Yes we can” (B. Obama, unpublished). ⺠Massive sample overloads are the key to conquering LAPs. ⺠At least a three-orders of magnitude signal amplification in LAP detection with CPLLs. Don't be bashful, try them!
