Abstract
⺠Enzymes by P. chrysosporium on different lignocellulosic biomass were explored. ⺠This study reports iTRAQ-quantification of lignocellulolytic enzymes. ⺠Expression of enzymes was dependent on the nature and complexity of biomass. ⺠Physical size of lignocellulosic biomass affects enzyme expression and production. ⺠The iTRAQ data revealed oxidative and hydrolytic lignin degrading mechanism.
