Abstract
⺠Using LC-MS/MS, seven cellular Pu-binding proteins were identified in rat PC12 cells. ⺠Most of the identified proteins are also known to bind Ca2+ or Mg2+. ⺠These proteins have functional roles in pro-proliferation and anti-apoptosis. ⺠MetaCore⢠analysis of these proteins indicated a pathway for neoplastic diseases. ⺠A biochemical link between Pu and these proteins in cancer development is suggested.
