Hexapeptide library as a universal tool for sample preparation in protein glycosylation analysis

► A peptide ligand library was applied in glycan analysis for the first time. ► Glycoprotein enrichment and depletion was obtained simultaneously. ► On-bead glycan analysis was possible and efficient yielding very pure glycan samples. ► Glycosylation was shown not to influence binding to the bead library at neutral pH.
