Abstract
⺠LY294002 inhibits the PI3K pathway, often activated in colorectal cancer. ⺠Cytosolic, nuclear and mitochondrial proteomes were analysed using iTRAQ. ⺠6 Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases reduced with no apparent effect on global protein synthesis. ⺠Shuttling of p53 from the nucleus to the cytosol. ⺠LY294002 decreases several chaperones and glycolytic proteins.
