Abstract
► This study presents the accurate determination of 7 elements in food by ICP-CCT-MS. ► 4 CCT influential factors were optimised by experimental design methodology. ► The nebuliser flow optimisation is important for non-spectroscopic interferences. ► The optimised multi-element method was validated on CRMs and real samples.
