Abstract
⺠NiO nanoparticles prepared by pulsed laser ablation were first time applied into glucose detection using carbon electrode. ⺠The coverage of nanoparticles was optimized by deposition time (number of pulse) for electrochemical detection. The optimized time was 90 s (180 pulses) with the repeatition rate of 2 Hz. ⺠TEM image of cross section showed â¼3 nm NiO nanoparticles uniformly scattered on Si(0 0 1) substrate.
