Abstract
By incorporating isopropanol (IPA)-treated poly(3,4-ethylenedioxithiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) as a new electron transport layer (ETL) in P3HT:PCBM bulk heterojunction polymer solar cell (BHJ-PSC) devices, we revealed the electron transport property of IPA-treated PEDOT:PSS for the first time. The electron transport property of IPA-treated PEDOT:PSS is interpreted by the lowering of the work function of PEDOT:PSS upon IPA treatment and incorporation as ETL.73
