Abstract
- Fast thermal annealing of P3HT films produces long and dense crystalline nanofibers.
- Conductive AFM provides high-resolution current maps of the nanofibers.
- 3D device model including c-AFM geometry, trap and anisotropic mobility is developed.
- Device simulations are used to elucidate the experimental results.
- Thermal annealing leads to a significant decrease in the density of deep traps.
