Abstract
- We developed pentacene/pyrene (P) OTFTs for sensing Cu2+ and CNâ ions.
- Cu2+ ions sensitivity were monitored via changes in Vth and Ioff.
- The P derivative self-assembled by P-P* coordination in Cu2+ ions.
- The sensitivity and selectivity of CNâ ions were observed via changes in Isat.
- The P rods broke upon formation of benzoxazole rings in presence of CNâ ions.
