Abstract
- Etched ITO nanoelectrodes are employed to enhance the thermal stability.
- A simple etching process was carried out using a hydrochloric acid solvent.
- This nanostructured ITO induced efficient light harvesting.
- This nanostructured ITO suppressed the PCBM phase separation.
- Lifespan increased from 33Â h to 77Â h during thermal annealing.
